Sometimes the best photos come about quite unexpectedly - just like on this day at a family shoot just outside the city limits of Hamburg. Actually, we just wanted to bridge the time until dad joined us for the shoot. But the light at this special location was just too magical to simply drive on.

 

So we spontaneously made a little stop next to an idyllic pasture and I was able to capture these intimate moments between mom and her children. It is precisely these natural, unposed moments that make family life so unique.

 

I feel very lucky that, as a family photographer, I get to experience these little scenes again and again and capture them for you. In these moments, I feel like a part of your family - and this is exactly what creates the most authentic and beautiful memories.
