Dunes, the Sea, and the Evening Light
We had actually planned to head straight to the dunes and the beach on the Danish North Sea coast that afternoon. But the weather had other plans. Dark clouds rolled across the sky, the wind picked up, and eventually it started to rain.
Without further ado, we moved the start of the after-wedding photo shoot to the cozy orangery at the vacation rental. While raindrops pelted against the windows outside, we made ourselves comfortable inside with some lovely music.
It had been several years since their wedding. Back then, they had exchanged vows in the winter. Now they were taking the opportunity to slip back into their wedding outfits in a relaxed setting and capture memories in a completely different environment.
When the rain finally let up, we set off together for the sea. The wind rustled the grasses in the dunes, the sky slowly grew darker, and in the distance, the lighthouse began to glow.
After a walk through the dunes, we headed down to the beach. There, we made the most of the last light of the day, listened to the sound of the North Sea, and captured many special moments along the way.
